SHA-256 Hashing
Every field entry is cryptographically hashed at the moment of creation. The hash serves as a digital fingerprint, proving the original entry was never tampered with after the fact.
Immutable Entries
Once created, field entries cannot be edited or deleted. This is by design — not a limitation. If additional context is needed, supplemental notes are added as new, separately hashed entries.
